The word "disinformation" is an interesting one. Like "hate speech" it is legally not defined, nor relevant. If disinformation was illegal, all politicians and mainstream journalists would go to prison.
What seems to be meant is not "lies", but information that conflicts with the narrative people used to believe in (like the moon landing, 9/11, dinosaurs, viruses, or the easter bunny).
