Do the pharma companies lose their indemnity of they KNEW their product caused adverse events, but did not provide that information to,the purchaser of their covid vaxxes?

I know dozens of people injured by covid injections, not sure how many had the AZ vaxx versus the MRNA vaxx.adverse events I have witnessed include transverse myelitis, heart attack x 2, sepsis, autoimmune hepatitis, multiple people with cancers….pancreatic, lung, ovarian, vertigo, loss of balance, shingles, long term lung issues, blood clot.

They will lose their indemnity if they have committed fraud, which they have in the past, and have with covid-19. For example, they knew that they had an unsafe product and tried to hide their data for 75 years. A USA judge made them expose the data. Trying to hide the data does not smack of transparency or honesty.
