As with the vaccine it depends on adoption rate. There is a threshold value that once when met the process geos from voluntary to mandatory but only if they can get enough people to voluntarily participate. If too few do so voluntarily then they can try to force it but then you get pushback like they did with the vaccine mandates. You can always count on some portion of the population going along with the newest fad so its just a matter of getting enough on board to hit that threshold, the point at which you have enough people voluntarily on board that you can successfully force the rest. Anyone who believed the vaccine was never going o be mandated at some point was/is a fool. These people, the global elites, will have their way if enough people don't resist. They have the $$$ & power back not the numbers so they are still dependent on enough people voluntarily going along with the plan.
