170 in a population of 10.5 million would be ~5,500 in the USA- just to put the number in perspective. The magnitude of alarm over this should be daily front page news.

I visited Sweden in the 1970s, specifically to study one of the "early adopter" insurance company's use of mainframe computers.
Back then, it was a wonderful country. Great, safe nightlife.
Very friendly people. One of the people from the business I visited invited me to their home for the weekend. Caught a train to his out-of-Stockholm home; everything was excellent, with English language help on the train.
Overall, a very good experience.
I felt as safe as I do in little NZ, with the people possibly friendlier....
