I think this is very good news. as to your question, is there a plan to make people dumber, I think that plan was to take over the education system and destroy it from the inside. alas, in the US, that seems to be working
I agree with Andy that this is good news. Also, the question you ask, is there a plan to make people dumber. I see the plan has been in motion where I live. I was on two school boards, and I think some teachers & administrators need a different job. They would be better at digging ditches and washing cars.
