It should be fairly obvious that if someone moves to a new country, and they commit serious crimes there, that they shouldn't be allowed to stay. If you move to a new country you must follow the laws of the land.

but for some odd reason our Governments find protecting those dangerous individuals of more importance than their own citizens from the danger their pose...
If only the government wanted to do something to stop this, they could. Just look at what El Salvador has done to drastically reduce the murder rates there. The problem is that they don't want to do anything.
Personal anecdote. We moved to a new country in 2021. We moved to this new country because we liked most things about it. We like many of the things about the country that we moved from. But we certainly do not in any way want to change the country we moved to to be more like the country we moved from. And we make every effort every day to understand, embrace and respect the culture in our new home.
The laws are pretty much the same as the ones in the country we left. One example might be donтАЩt stab the locals. But we strive to do a lot more than uphold the law; respecting our new home country and its people and culture for example. IтАЩm not sensing that kind of respect from the communities that have been installed in their new homes in Europe or the USA via illegal immigration.

If you like a country enough to move there, you should also like it enough to obey their laws.
