I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with fasting. There are many different ways to fast, and they are not all equally beneficial. The body really benefits from eating during day light hours because of the circadian rhythm and then having most of the fasting occur at night. When that is turned around, some of the benefits are lost. Furthermore, drinking water is really important while fasting because of how the toxins that are locked away in the fat cells get released. So if you were dry fasting, that may have given you a negative experience as well. Finally, binging after fasting has the potential to undo all the fasting. If you try doing a 16:8, you might find that you enjoy it much more than your previous experience.

I actually didn't have that experience, I managed to feed myself regularly. I just feel bad for the people who are forced to fasting 😃!
