They don’t advertise for help. I’ve been watching for several years…looked into doing functional medicine etc, but too expensive to start my own business after several more years of education. Many non allopathic doctors do telemedicine so don’t need office staff. I’ve primarily used naturopathic medicine for my family for many years thanks to a chiropractor friend who got me straightened out after being trained in the “western way”
