Great idea. If these Muslims don't comply send them back to their country. No excuses either. Fining them will not faze them. They will continue to defy the new bill. Be tough like Trump and follow through on your new bill. Be a hard-ass and don't bend on the new bill. Make examples out of the Muslims who won't obey the ban on burqas. It's not their country to do what they want or to change what they don't like. They ran away from their country so they must respect their new country or else.
It appears that the idea of multiculturalism is slowly dying in certain nations around the world, notably the US and Italy, but I expect we will see more and more of this.
