We felt we could put God back on if we ever needed Him. Now that things are going poorly for Christians in even Western nations again, not enough truly devout, Christian scholars are left to direct people back to the Word, the Truth and the Life. Instead, false prophets are popping up everywhere to mislead those who would join the faithful. As followers of Christ, it is our duty to stop saying we don't discuss religion and politics in public and start directing survivors to the metaphorical lifeboat of the Holy Bible. If we don't study the Word of the Lord, we can't know if we're being led astray by "ravening wolves." We also can't help those seeking Christ for the first time if we don't understand how God spoke to today's issues long before Christ was born in a manger to a virgin.
Loving God is only half the battle. You can't love anyone completely if you don't know them and the last thing anyone should want is to hear Jesus say to us, "I never knew you." May we all turn our faces back to God with repentance before the antiChrist hardens our hearts against Him. May God bless us all. We're going to need it.
Why is it that every religious sect has to state they are the persecuted when life never required any religion in the first place.
