Why is it that every religious sect has to state they are the persecuted when life never required any religion in the first place. Muslims all think that their Allah is the one, the Hindu's Vishnu etc. when all religion and the gods have done is manage to keep us separated over the past 10,000 years? God is each of us and everything in existence, not some Jew, Arab or Indian. Time to wake up and live in the now and change it. God's and their prophecies, really. We create our own futures and happiness, not some some alien beings/gods.
The Jew book again and here I thought that Matthew said he was the "king of the Jews", not the Gentiles or other races, that was Paul who included us and created his own version of Christianity which produced 4750 versions of the same book to date, talk about a group of poor readers and researchers.
Many feel downtrodden at the destruction of Christian churches. But said suffering emerges from the superficiality adopted from a society hedonistic and vain.
Thus, to most whom practitioners, joy is lost, peace evades them, having discarded the maxim, 'Wherever two or three gather, therein I shall dwell'.
For all of my lack of veneration, it is, to some extent, sad what has been lost with the erosion of community which Christianity yielded.
That said, the decline was engineered by Christianity itself—the innumerable denominations, the adoption of values and principles clearly not Christian, miscegenation, the voluminous and incessant marital trespasses (sans punishment [the upholding of 'No Fault Divorce' by many-a-Christian]), etc., etc., etc.
(The existence of denominations sufficed as the indicator of the beginning of the end).
THE END of Christianity (and, ultimately, all religion), is innevitable.

I believe the story about the Christians being locked in the church and then it was set of blaze while they were inside is incorrect. It was attributed to the Russians, but I believe it was Nazis that did it.
