Steve Descano, a George Soros funded prosecutor, requested this "insane extremist" be given a 48 hour weekend pass, with an escort, to go to his Tajikistan Embassy to apply for a passport for "identification reasons," and the hospital agreed he was fit for such a weekend pass. Remember this man stabbed his victim multiple times and was found "not guilty by reason of insanity," and remanded for treatment to a state hospital for the criminally insane, but everyone felt he was perfectly safe to release on the unsuspecting citizens of Virginia. Instead of returning to the hospital, as Governor Spanberger was assured he would by his supporters, this murderer took his new passport, boarded an international flight and disappeared to his home country with no extradition treaty with the United States.
