When plant foods are ultra-processed, the health benefits disappear. Eating plant-derived foods that are ultra-processed increases the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Ya think if we all stopped buying everything Microsoft-made that might make him scurry back to his computer desk and leave us all alone?
